Wedding Weekend Rental Rate: $4,500

Your rental includes exclusive access to The Barn with the following timeline:

Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM for set-up

Saturday (Event Day): Access begins at 7:00 AM and concludes at 11:59 PM

Sunday: Additional clean-up hours available upon request
We are excited to announce that we now offer on-site overnight accommodations. Our newly renovated farmhouse can accommodate up to 14 guests and is available as an add-on to your wedding package

Deposits & Booking Details
To reserve your date and venue only, a $1,500 deposit is due at the time of booking. If reserving the house along with the venue, a deposit of $2,500 is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. A refundable security deposit may also be required and will be returned following a post-event walkthrough, provided no damages occur.
